Waste of money. Doesn’t help keep you full haven’t lost weight
The gummies have a lovely refreshing fruity taste.
I've noticed a slight effect in regards to blood circulation, but I think I would have to consume the product for a longer period in order to feel the full effect.
I took two of these every night before sleep, I did not notice any effect, still took a while to fall asleep and still woke up in the night, at least they tasted nice :)
I have found the Gummies completely ineffective in aiding my sleep. A total waste of money IMHO. Sorry.

Lack of melatonin doesn’t work for me 😕. Can you not do melatonin gummies too?
I had ordered these gummies twice and then the 3rd bottle came all written in French unlike the last 2 bottles only to find their melatonin free...will not be purchasing again
